Restaurant Safran has its own private dining area, called the Vignerons Room. This space can accommodate up to twelve people. It has a sophisticated modern look characterised by sober colours, minimalist design and soft lighting.
If you are organising a private meal, you can select a menu in advance, choosing from a large range of options. Alternatively, our chefs would be delighted to help you design a personalised menu that suits your requirements. Seasonal and local produce are favoured in all of Hotel Montreux’s catering, since great dishes can only be created with the best ingredients.
We have an extensive list of wines that you can choose from. It includes a number of local wines, which are almost completely unknown outside of Switzerland. Our staff would be delighted to advise on food and wine pairings.
Why choose private dining in the Vignerons Room?
In our experience, certain types of event are greatly enhanced by private dining in the Vignerons Room.
• A business lunch or dinner
• A reward or celebration
• A family gathering or reunion
A meal can be the perfect backdrop to negotiations with a customer, or discussions with colleagues, particularly in a setting where confidentiality is assured. There’s something about sharing a meal that just brings people together. So, rather than locking horns across the conference table, why not engage with one another over a fantastic meal in the Vignerons Room at Restaurant Safran?
A reward or celebration
Whether your team managed to exceed this year’s sales figures or you have a longstanding colleague who is retiring, a splendid dinner is a good way to mark the occasion. Private dining in the Vignerons Room will allow you to indulge in as much heartfelt speech-making as you like.
A family gathering or reunion
Holding a gathering in a restaurant rather than your home can be preferable for all sorts of reasons. You may lack the space at home. Montreux may be easier to get to. And, of course, nobody likes doing the washing up! Hiring the Vignerons Room means you can still let your hair down and swap embarrassing stories about your school days.
