The Swiss culinary tradition is celebrated in the caquelon with the creamy cheese fondue Magnificient’s by Carlo Crisci.
It can be served with Chasselas or Champagne.
The tender Modzetta fondue – marinated beef fillet served as much as you like, and for good reason, it’s a house creation.
