Its glass structure, with an incomparable view of Lake Geneva and the Alps, will delight you. The Swiss culinary tradition is celebrated in a caquelon with Carlo Crisci’s creamy Magnificient’s cheese fondue with Chasselas or Champagne. The tender Modzetta fondue – marinated fillet of beef served at will, which you won’t find anywhere else and for a good reason – it is a homemade creation!
